Referral and Consultation – The Connection

Supa Healthcare has created an efficient and prompt process to connect our specialised services with your clients using our online form. Initially you must complete a client referral and then we’ll confirm receipt via email or text.

After we receive the request, our team will assign the right allied health professional to consult with the client and our team will inform you immediately. When our professional makes an appointment with the client, you should receive the scheduled details within 48 hours. The client will be treated within the week and once this is done, the outcome will be communicated to you. You will be sent a full consultation report for your files within 5 business days.

We believe that this is the best process to connect clients and health professionals under the guidance of a referee, for positive outcomes in terms of a caring health response and good results.
